I cant find the reset button in the windows recovery environnement

So, im screwed... when my pc was working well i did the sfc/scannow and the dism repair image command. after that i restart my pc and i got bsod with critical process died and 0xc000001 error code. i though to myself im screwed and my only option is to reset my pc. my hearth litteleray stopped when i saw that the option wasnt there. This is a family pc pls help me. Important files are there and I cant let it break my dad bought it expensive. Pls help mee.... I dont know what to do and also i cant boot on safe mode. I think its over for me... I hope no1 get to a stage like that. I CAN NO LONGER
