I'm trying to set up a camera (Nexigo N930W) for login on my PC. The camera seems to be working fine for most purposes except when logging in to Windows. The camera has a physical shutter that opens when used but is otherwise closed. When logging in (usually resuming from Sleep) the shutter will click open then immediately close. I then get an error message that something went wrong and to use my pin. When the camera works properly, the shutter stays open for a few seconds to recognize my face. I've already tried reinstalling, etc. Anyone have any ideas how to fix? Or alternatively, is
