Update from Win10 to Win11 via fresh Win11 install possible?

Dear All,my laptop (Lenovo T580) is now 6.5 years old and still running with the original Windows installation. Since then I installed and removed numerous tools, programmes, etc. It's getting now slow and buggy, and the fans of the laptop are currently running. So I'd like to have a fresh install.Given that Win10 support runs out rather soon, I thought I'd use the chance to upgrade to Win11. It already offered me the upgrade, but so far I always declined it.Now my question:Because I want a clean install, I would like to delete the old Windows completely (format Windows partition). Can I then
