PIN unavailable and unable to log into Windows - locked out computer

I am trying to log in on my computer as usual, using my PIN code.But since a few weeks, I am unable to do this. I get the error message that my PIN is not available.I tried resetting it, but nothing happens.I tried starting the computer in safe mode, but I get the same error.I tried reset the computer, but it also doesn't work.So I'm kinda stuck and am locked out of my computer.Could you please help me solve this ?
