Locked out of my computer at windows login. Help!

I typically log in to my computer using facial recognition and also have a pin on the rare occasion facial recognition doesn't work. A couple days ago I opened my computer and neither the facial recognition nor the pin would work, saying the pin was unavailable with an error code. It gave me the option to reset my pin but that didnt work. After a few restarts/reattempts, my user profile went away and the only login profiles left were "new user" and "other user". I tried entering my email and password in the "other user" profile but that didn't work. Then I looked up the pin error code I go
