Dell Optiplex 7090 Micro, Win 11, I can't install "Dell Optimizer" which is considered an important update. Initially I get an error that system files are in use and that I will have to reboot, than if I continue it says to re-install as an administrator, I do that and now I get that I have no access.It's "Dell-Optimizer-Application_J1H35_WIN_4.2.4.0_A00"Please advise
