extra langauges in language selection menu

I've installed 2 languages on my device(english and russian,win 11). But in language selection menu(win + space) i have 2 additional polish languages which i can't delete in any way. I've tried to install polish pack and delete it, didn't work. I also tried to delete anything from regedit, that related to polish languages, still no result. If i restart my computer, it will fix for some time, but then appears again. I dont really know what exactly triggers this to happen, but it really annoys me. Just in case, I am in Poland right now, and my region in settings is Poland, but as i said before,
