Some of my Keys isn't working at all

I had my laptop sent off my insurance to replace the battery, when returned i noticed that my "w" key isn't working, sometimes "F2" & F4" don't work for a while but comes back functional and the Backlight keys "F10 and F11" isn't working properly whenever I use it with the fn key. I have used a an online key test to check if there are other keys not working, updated the driver to the keyboard, deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, update windows and the graphics driver as well, checked to see if functions were locked and thoroughly cleaned the keyboard's crevices.I cannot send it back
