How to retrieve a lost product key.

I lost my product key for my windows 11 pro. Is there a way for me to retrieve it. I bought a physical disc had to transfer it into a USB so I can install it. But now the original disc and the envelope with the key is missing. It was purchased through Amazon. They tell me to contact Microsoft. It is currently already installed and activated for my desktop. I just would like to have it written down somewhere in case I need it again.
