Laptop no longer recognizing internal audio input and output, why?

Hello, Today i had a problem regarding my acer laptop with windows 11 as the keyboard inputs were typing multiple letters at once (example, the letter M would type HM instead of just M), and i managed to fix the issue by updating keyboard driver and by gently shaking the laptop to make sure no debris was inside, but afterwards my laptop stopped recognizing its internal audio input and output (microphone and speakers/connected headset) and i cant seem to be able to fix it anymore, and as a result i have no audio and cant use the mic. I've tried many other fixes such as updating my audio drivers
