Windows 10 search window doesn't show many things.

I reinstalled windows 10 a few hours ago and everything used to work before then, but now I can't even type in "brightness" or any specific app, I only can search up stuff like google chrome, NVIDIA, control panel etc but nothing more than that and I've already tried rebuilding it, cmd and some more methods but nothing seems to work
