The way my PC is setup, I have two monitors, and my right monitor occasionally does this when I try to maximize a new tab or application that is not set "as a default" to always load on my right monitor. What I do to no longer view part of my screen not showing is by doing either the keyboard shortcut windows + left arrow (or right arrow), which will lead me to select and drag such tab normally.I have attached a screenshot that displays my view of Microsoft edge on my monitor. The way I have fixed the problem is restarting my PC, and this works. However, after a certain period of time, it stop
