Windows 10 Pro new setup in laptop, can't sign in!

Windows 10 Pro new setup in laptop. I had to reboot for a software install, and I can't remember the login password. (password for new outlook e-mail name) "reset password" option offers a text to me, but I used a real phone number, not a cell number. I'm completely unable to access the new laptop. Recommendations??Update: I've downloaded and burnt PC Unlocker to a USB drive. Will follow directions explicitly. I think I have to press F10 on the laptop during startup to get to setup etc. to get the laptop to seek starting routine from the USB drive? I'm new at these kind of SNAFU's, any advi
