How to purchase a license key for my virtualized physical machine?

I used Sysinternals Disk2VHD to create a virtual machine copy of my physical Windows 10 Pro, 22H2 system (which has an OEM license). I want to purchase a license key that will allow me to use this virtual machine copy, including a Windows 11 upgrade if I decide to. At this time I do NOT want to buy a Windows 11 license, and I am keeping my physical Windows 10 OS as a separate machine. The Windows 10 Pro VM will be used on one single Linux PC, with only me as the user, and no remote logins.How and where do I purchase the appropriate license for my Windows 10 Pro virtual machine?
