I recently encountered a problem where my computer was not recognizing my Wi-Fi connection. I know I am connected to wifi, as I can ping in cmd and write this post. To troubleshoot this, I have been recommended to use the Microsoft Get Help app, but I do not have this application installed on my computer anymore. To reinstall it, I have to use Microsoft Store, but because the computer is not recognising that it is connected to Wi-Fi, Microsoft Store tells me that I need to connect to the internet first, looping me back to the beginning.
