Why won't the installation start

I was trying to install Battle for Middle-Earth 2 Rise of the Witch king. At first everything starts normally, select language, agree to TOS.But after I put in the CD Code and want to continue the installation, nothing happens. Even on my task manager, there is no sign of anything from the installation. There is no Error message, It just stops. I tried some solutions like looking at my autoplay Configurations but everything else seems normal.I don't know what the problem is. Could it be, that there is something wrong with the CD?Thanks for the help in advance
