Windows 11 changing color after pressing any key on the keyboard

I recently bought a Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G6 (AMD Ryzen 5 7530U). Whenever I press any key on the keyboard, the screen changes colors for a second and then goes back to normal. It seems like a software issue rather than the hardware. I ran windows update and installed everything latest, but it didn't help. I also used AMD's tool to auto-detect hardware and install compatible drivers, but it also didn't help.I observed a couple of things. On Desktop, I had 3 files/apps named "Recycle Bin", "Lenovo Now Discovery", and "Profile 1 - Edge". If I press r, l, or p, windows highlights the file starting
