Here's my problem: My taskbar stops responding every time widows XP Home Edition SP3 startup, it freezes or hangs. only ctrl+alt+del works. I formatted my system twic. Checking for processes in Task Manager but nothing that spikes during the activity. I tried to end the explorer process and nothing, but if i start a new process of explorer the windows work ok. I have a Intel core 2duo 3.00Ghz / 2Gb ram Help please. Thanks
