windows 10 Hello, ended in task manager process, which was using too much of cpu or disk (I dont rememeber what exactly, it was a while ago). I got some issu now

Whenever I am using program chrome, premiere, games other apps, system switching me to desktop (when full screen). It ends preview of video on YT, when my cursor on preview picture.While editing videos in premiere and it happens, it stayes in program (editing screen still there), just slight flash of comand prompt, but it makes me click once to get in program and again click on button where it was originally ment. Can u guide me please, how to put that proces back to run?
