What is Intel Arc software & drivers?

Hello, I installed the latest graphics driver for the i7-10750H, but the Intel Arc software & drivers were automatically installed along with it. However, the i7-10750H uses UHD Graphics and does not have Intel Arc graphics. Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows* Is it normal for the Intel Arc software & drivers to be installed? Also, I can't seem to open the Intel Arc software; it doesn't show up in the search from the Windows key. I can only find it by right-clicking the Windows key and selecting installed apps or in the Control Panel under Programs and Features.
