D drive m.2 SSD is showing in BIOS but will not show up in Disk manager, Windows, or anywhere else. In need of assistance.

I have tried multiple times to find the drive even moving its physical location to a different a M.2 Pcie slot and again it still shows in BIOS but will not show up anywhere else inside of windows or disk management, I can find it in device management, but it won't go anywhere further than just seeing it present. I will add as many pictures as possible to show what I am dealing with. Any help is greatly appreciated.
