No audio device after update

My computer updated to the latest Windows 11 and now my computer says I have no audio device installed. My external speakers and monitor speaker don't work - I tried to reinstall drivers but won't let me, says missing/corrupted. I've uninstalled them but still doesn't work. Obviously the update corrupted my sound drivers and this needs a patch ASAP!
