USB drive very corrupted or damaged after formatting and dual booting

I formatted my usb drive a few times to try to dual boot with linux, but after a few tries, the drive was empty, explorer wouldnt respond after trying to open it, unable to be formatted, too. Ive tried Chkdsk, disk management setting, third party disk recovery, reinstalling device, diskpart clean, etc. ps; ive used hd tune to scan for bad blocks, and every single block was red... it also couldnt show info or data about the deviceIve also got an error in event viewer; The device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR3, has a bad block.
