windows 10 Forgotten local(?) password

Hello,I wanted to set my desktop PC the same Windows Hello password as the one on my laptop but it wants some password from me that I don't recall of?I think it's a local password or something of this ilk, because found out about this issue while trying to check a saved Student Microsoft Account PW in my browser's PW manager.It kept asking for a PW i seemingly didn't have (same window as above). I thought it wanted my Microsoft account password, so I reset it in case, but I was wrong: it still said "PW incorrect".
