Hello everyone,I has been experiencing a "DRIVER STATE POWER FAILURE" Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error on their laptop for the past two years, particularly when using MS Word or Excel or some heavy works for continuous one or 2 hours. The laptop freezes before displaying the BSOD, and to recover, I have to either unplug the power or wait until the BSOD appears. Restarting the laptop twice is often necessary to regain functionality, but the error tends to recur more frequently. Disk scan commands have not resolved the issue. I have provided an error event log and minidump files from the comput
