Rename User Account or User Folder?

Somehow my wife's pc shows me as the sole "user." I would like to change it to her name, but I'm not sure how or whether it can be done safely. Put differently, change: This PC / Windows(C:) / Users / My Name (to) This PC / Windows(C:) / Users / Her Name I can think of just renaming this folder--or maybe changing the Account Name in Control Panel. Any suggestions?
