windows 11 Suddenly PC is freezing, making a buzzing noise in headphones, then either blue screens or reboots

This issue starting happening about 2 weeks ago out of nowhere. I’ll be playing a game, and it could be any game too, it’s happened in games like Forza, Assetto Corsa, Fortnite, to even Roblox. I’ll be doing something in the game when suddenly my headphones make a buzzing noise, my PC freezes for 1-2 seconds, sometimes longer, and then either blue screens or completely reboots.I know my temps are normal, and I recently updated my BIOS, still no fix. Updated windows, updated my Graphic drivers, reapplied thermal paste on my CPU. Nothing has worked.I have no mini dump files and the only thing in
