Can't get out of save mode. No Password

I can't restart and get automaticaly out of save mode, because i used the msconfig way, forcing it into the mode. i didn't know it would ALSO restart, which completely locked me out since it now forces safe mode with every boot.My pin worked out of safe mode. For some reason it also doesn't want to be connected to my wifi.I selected save mode with internet but even though it says it's connected it doesn't seem to work, which might make my password unusable...?
