I am trying to sign in to my child's new microsoft account to set up his new xbox and I get an error message that says, "Something’s wrong on our side. For now, you may want to try searching for something else." I am able to reset the password, and the account exists, but am not able to log in past the error message. I spend an hour with Diana on One Customer Connector and was not able to resolve this. Her recommendation was to ask the new question here. How can I resolve this?
