I must recover the old account to reinstall the Office suite. But the recovery procedure described by the Sign-in Helper is compromised and would not proceed as it's described. After going through the standard procedure and the code was entered, the screen displays the View Basic information which shows no Next/Confirm/OK button at all to proceed to the next step and it just sits there indefinitely. Hence I'm unable to recover the old account and cannot reinstall the Office.
