How do I fix "Event 7000, Service Control Manager"?

My computer has been freezing exclusively while playing video games, where I am forced to shutdown my PC and turn it back on. When I check Event Viewer to see what happened it says:Event 7000, Service Control ManagerThe LMS service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.I have tried adding a D-word value on Registry editor, naming it "ServicePipeTimeout", then changing the decimal to 60000. This did not work and it seems to be the only solution mentioned from onli
