My computer has just updated to version 11, and I am setting language option (simple Chinese key in), but the whole language pack can not be downloaded (basic key in and handwriting key in are not able to download), and after a few munite, it run out the error code 0X80D02002 and download process cannot be completed. The simple Chinese key on option worked well on window 10, but after my computer updated to version 11, all the programes are still but the simple Chinese key on option. Could you help me fix it out? Since I can not work on computer until this trouble is resolve, could you please
