windows 11 My brightness goes to the maximum brightness when charging, sliding the brightness down doesnt work, nothing brings the brightness down.

The brightness used to be adjustable regardless of whether its charging or not. Now i cant even adjust the brightness when its charging. Using fn and the brightness buttons on my keyboard doesnt work. Control panels doesn't work. Using the brightness slider also doesnt work. Its annoying
