Bought a lifetime " Pro Version " for an APP and now its says that I dont own a license.

Hello,On January 22, 2024 I bought the lifetime Pro version ( 9,99€ ) for an Auto clicker app from the Microsoft store called " A.Click " later the app got new features and a new name called " IMBA Auto Clicker "( today it still has that new name ). Every couple Months I Install windows and everything new to give my PC a nice fresh and go. After the reinstall of windows I always log into my microsoft account where I purchased that upgrade and I never had issues, it always showed PRO in the corner. Today after a new install it shows me that I dont have a license for the app. If i go to my " Ord
