Hello,I recently purchased a laptop for both gaming and work, and I really enjoy its remarkable performance. However, I’ve been experiencing some issues. At random times, the laptop freezes for a moment and then becomes unresponsive to external devices like my keyboard, mouse, and headsets. I also encounter a similar problem with my wireless headset; the sound occasionally cuts out, and I have to switch to my monitor's speakers and then back to my headset to restore audio.Both of these issues only occur when I’m at home.
