I'm trying to tread a fine line so I don't anger the AI volunteers. I went to the text support chat to find out why my pc was stuck on the 'preparing automatic repair' screen after a standard update. And was informed after 5 hours that a software update couldn't affect my hardware, while also saying that my issue was a hardware issue with the only change to the system being the software update.I'm looking for a group of people in this forum to get a sense of how many individuals had to do any sort of work (including contacting support) to fix something that was caused by a suggestion made by
