Bsod after system restore

I restored my laptop to a previous date and undid it and because of it I keep get bsod I tried many this but it kept going to bsod and then I checked the driver in device manager using safe mode and over there it showed most of my drivers with exclamation mark and I could not do anything after that I tried to reset laptop but that created 2 windows enviorment in my laptop and I can't access both so someone please help me
