Need to restore Win11 System Image

HelloLast week a win11 update ran and after words I found all my Favorites in Edge were gone So I had intended to do a restore from restoration point and gob ack to before that update was appliedI inadvertently hit F11 while restarting and ended up doing an" HP Sure Restore' this process installed a fresh Winn11 from the HP Recovery Partition (not what I wanted to do) all my "stuff (files/documents email ) is gone so I intended to do a restore system image I have Win11 64bit system image stack of DVD's (11 of them) . I also have an HP Recovery USB I was surprised to find that
