Getting Blue screen error! Is this common after updating to windows 11 24h2 upgrade...

I am encountering a blue screen error messages and QR codes. What might be causing this? I lost my data many times like 1 out of 5 times. It is all happens in higher specification PC (Ryzen 9 hx series).Day by day error is growing. Now i can't also reversify the update. Microsoft have to fix this as soon as possible. tell me if anyone getting the same error please remind me. help me to solve this issue. i have reinstalled 2 times but still its happens. i thought it was fixed after update but nothing was done.Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX with Radeon Graphics 2.50 GHz Installed RAM 16.
