Hi,When I plug in my external hard drive I am unable to see it in file explorer. It contains backup data that I require access to and can't risk losing.I have tried the following:Using different USB portsUpdating the driver from Device ManagerRestarting the computerTrying a different computer.Nothing has resolved the issueThe drive can be seen in Disk Management and has the following details:Disk 1Basic931.19GBOnline200MBHealthy EFI System Partition931.19GBHealthy (Primary Partition128MBUnallocated
