shift + f does not work on my logitech keyboard. Can someone help me fix this?

My laptop's attached keyboard works just fine, but my logitech keyboard has stopped working on some combinations. I tried a normal restart, a driver update for the logitech keyboard, also tried remapping the right shift key with the left shift to temporarily fix the issue. some combinations which stopped working are v(while pressed)+q, v+a, v+z. shift + f doesn't give any output. I feel it is not a hardware issue because both the buttons shift and F are working fine separately and working combinatorically with other buttons as well. Pls help
