Trying to get rid of main account on PC

Hi!So I just got a new PC and asked for my microsoft login... I used my phone number like normal and prompted me to make sure it was me. I did everything like usual and turned out being a RANDOM microsoft account as my main profile. I've never used that said profile but somehow it is stuck on my PC.I was able to log in as a guest with my actual profile but since this "random," profile is the main one, I can't seem to delete it and use my actual one. Any help in deleting the main profile and switching it to mine would be appreciated. Thanks :)
