I am a web developer and I rely heavily on my Windows 10 computer when using tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management studio and Outlook. I have been using the same developer related tools for the past several years. In the past 6-10 months I have noticed and increase in the frequency of the "(Not Responding)" message across all of my apps. I keep my OS current with all windows updates but according to the note in Windows Updates, my processor will not support Windows 11.I suspect that Microsoft is intentionally degrading the performance of Windows 10 in an effort to force people
