I can't open the canon eos webcam pro utility software on my pc. I currently run windows 11 and have spoken to canon customer support to find and fix the issue but we have determined it's not the software but computer side. My pc is updated, and I only use windows defender and have turned off my vpn. I have used the command prompt to repair missing or corrupt files, and the problem persists. I am at my wits end unfortunately. The program when opened freezes and appears as a white screen and must be force quit. However, task manager doesn't show stuck/frozen or inactive.
