My keyboard is acting weirdly

Today, my keyboard started to act up. The keys were all wrong, for example, pressing the backspace key would result in "79". Windows would open ease of access setting. Does anyone know how to fix this? And if you can, explain how in the first place this happened.Device = optiplex 7050 intel core i7One last thing. The keys change their "function" frequently.
