How do I skip admin password set initially to fix with repair option of windows 10?

My laptop with windows 10 unable boot. I had admin password set but changed to PIN to login. My laptop is unable to boot and going with different option to reset or repair. Any option I try, it is asking for admin password but it is not going through. I am unable boot it and choose repair options. Pl pl help me to fix and skip admin password entry. I tried with advance option repair and pressing 5 to enable from command promt but going in loop. -(How do I recover it?
