When I scroll in any direction, it starts to "go back"

I've recently bought a a Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa1xxx and now something is happening with the mouse. I don't know why but my wireless mouse starts to go to previous tabs if I scroll (sometimes it's random the amount of times I scroll) And it's not just my desktops, it happens in my apps as well (like Discord/Netfilx)Now when I scroll with the mousepad, it doesn't happen, so that begs the question as to why this started happening out of no where. I've tried everything from videos to these questions on the website and nothing seems to give me the answer I'm looking for (or that works) so I'm w
