I have a problem with my laptop. I had a Microsoft account provided by my university during my undergraduate studies, specifically for educational purposes. This account was registered as the administrator account on my PC. When I completed my undergraduate studies, that account was deactivated, but soon after, I enrolled in a master’s program and received a completely new account, which I continued to use to log into Windows on my computer.
