Random crashes without BSOD also gets incrementely worse

Hi there,I'am at a loss on this, I upgraded my PC a while ago. Things where steady for a while but recently it crashes whenever I play games. At first I can play for a couple of minutes and it just crashes the game, then after booting the game up it will instantly crash. No BSOD or anything. Even Chrome with 1 tab open and nothing else running can be enough to cause a similar crash. I've tested my RAM with testmem5 and it concluded that 1 stick was faulty and the other wasn't, however if I run just the 1 stick I still get these crashes causing me to believe something else is going on. Can anyo
