Windows 11 Can't access Network Adapter Settings

Hi,Something really strange is happening to my PC. When I go to the Windows 11 SETTINGS APP, NETWORK & INTERNET and then ETHERNET, the page is blank. No options or settings appear on the pageIf I open CONTROL PANEL, NETWORK and SHARING CENTRE, then click on CHANGE ADAPTER SETTINGS then righ-click on my adapter (Inter Ethernet Controller I226-V) and click on PROPERTIES, I can open the settings window: But then, if I select "Internet Protocol Version 4" and click on PROPERTIES, the window opens for half a second then, closes itself. So, I basically can't access my Ethernet controller setting
